You will make an impact in the following way:
- Conceptualization, effort and cost estimation, and creation of user information, including technical illustrations, translation, and change management.
- Creation and editing of media-neutral information units on an XML basis as Docs-as-Code in a distributed version control system.
- Supporting the UX team in creating UX designs and providing content for user interfaces.
- Researching and preparing complex topics for our software products.
- Developing and refining editorial processes in agile environments, interdepartmental collaboration, and customer-specific user information creation.
- Coordinating and managing external service providers.
- Translation management and maintenance of translation memories, with English as the source language.
Solution Account Manager
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers through robust account plans and cross-selling.
- Expanding Belden’s presence in the transportation sector by engaging directly with potential new customers and channel partners.
- Creating a comprehensive market landscape for the transportation vertical in the United Kingdom and Ireland, highlighting areas of potential success for Belden.
- Developing and executing winning sales strategies, managing sales funnels, and achieving revenue targets.

What you will bring:
- Educational Background: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with a strong commercial focus.
- Professional Experience: Proven track record in sales within the transportation sector, with specific expertise in the railway and light transportation market.
Solution Consultant (M/F/D)
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues.
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits.
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs.
- Provide market insight to sales, product management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions.
What you will bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a focus on IT, networking, or automation.
- Work Experience: Preferably at least 5 years of experience in solution creation in an industrial networking environment.
- Proven Track Record: Within a sales and/or service role in discrete or process manufacturing.
Service Engineer (M/F/D)
What you will bring:
- Education: Engineering graduate in Information Technology or Process Automation.
- Experience: At least 5 years in customer service for industrial technologies or IT.
- Technical Expertise: Industrial Ethernet and technologies like ICS, IO-Link, and Wireless, ability to diagnose complex network architecture and provide ad-hoc solutions.
- Personality: Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in customer interactions, while also demonstrating analytical prowess within a metric-driven environment, adept at translating complex technical information into understandable language for non-technical individuals.
- Willingness to Travel: Around 30-40% of the time, mostly domestically but some international travel required.

Solution Consultant
You will make an impact in the following way:
- Drive Belden’s pipeline growth and success rate by developing and delivering outcome-based connectivity solutions for customers in the Transportation and PT&D verticals.
- Provide technical leadership and influence for assigned accounts and complex infrastructure projects, ensuring Belden solutions meet customer needs effectively.
- Partner with Sales to design high-value responses to RFIs/RFQs for critical projects, including Railway, Power Generation, and Substations.
- Develop solutions that integrate products across Belden’s diverse portfolio, delivering comprehensive “One Belden” connectivity systems.
- Represent the customer’s voice in strategic initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to ensure future-ready solutions.
Solution Consultant
You will make an impact in the following way:
- You drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based solutions that utilize the capabilities of all Belden brands to customers managed by solutions sales colleagues.
- Work with digital automation consultants & vertical experts to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling solutions with demonstrable financial value impact.
- Construct value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using account’s terminology and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Customer Innovation Center support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, training, and audits.
- Create and support technology campaigns such as webinars, roadshows, trade fairs.
- Provide market insight to sales, product management, and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositions.
What you will bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering with a focus on IT, RCDD-BICSI certification is preferred.
- Work Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution creation in an enterprise infrastructure environment in hospitality, stadiums, and data center verticals.
- Proven Track Record: Extensive experience in design and delivering horizontal cabling and backbone cabling infrastructure for ICT that supports data, voice, Wifi, Telephony, Tera, GSM, etc., in a market and industry relevant to the Belden organization.
