Data Optimization Coordinator | 100% Remote

Responsibilities:

  • Hardware Rollout Management: Oversee the planning and coordination of hardware rollout for client employees across Switzerland and internationally, ensuring a smooth process that aligns with operational needs.
  • Data Management & Continuous Improvement: Maintain, update, and optimize Excel spreadsheets to prioritize rollout invitations based on user needs, preferences, and organizational priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication & Migration Roadmap Management: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on migration progress and ensure team leads are informed. Develop and maintain the migration roadmap in alignment with project timelines and objectives.


Talent Acquisition / Community Builder F/H/X - French Speaking Recruitment

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Build strong relationships with Business Managers to understand roles and business needs. Define key criteria for sourcing, identify top candidates through job boards, social networks, and events, and coach managers in recruitment to ensure legal compliance.
  • Community Building: Develop and maintain relationships with medium-list candidates throughout the recruitment process. Manage communities of candidates after recruitment.


Internship - International HR and Office Administrator - M/F/X

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support across Spain, France, Germany, and Switzerland. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, IT equipment, and internal tools access.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop short- and mid-term commercial strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify potential clients for consulting projects in product engineering, R&D, industrial installations, and quality processes.
  • Contribute to the opening and development of new commercial accounts and prospect for sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and social selling.


Purchasing Supplier Engineer | Freelance (6 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the selection of new suppliers and define commodity strategies.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments with potential suppliers, ensuring commitments are met by communicating technical requirements.
  • Manage the APQP / PPAP process, ensuring on-time completion with the program buyers and Supplier Program Manager (SPM).
  • Develop supplier risk mitigation plans and monitor APQP deliverables such as feasibility commitments, planning, FMEAs, validation plans, and first off-tool parts tracking.
