Your Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the finance and controlling areas of the company as well as their strategic development
- Creation and monitoring of financial planning, budgeting, and liquidity control for all projects and business areas
- Development and implementation of effective controlling tools and KPIs to support company goals
- Analysis and optimization of financial and business processes to increase efficiency and ensure the highest standards
- Responsibility for compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the financial area
- Support of management in strategic decisions through sound economic analysis and forecasts
- Leadership and further development of the Finance & Controlling team with a focus on excellence and team cohesion
- Collaboration with internal and external partners, including tax advisors, auditors, and banks
Real Estate Assistant (m/w/d)

- Project management assistance and support of the management: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing our exclusive real estate projects
- Innovation driver: Bring in new ideas and digital tools that further optimize our commercial and technical processes
- Internal project management: Support internal projects and introduce new processes
- Coordination & interface management: Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners, service providers, and clients
- Deadline & milestone tracking: Monitor key dates, deadlines, and milestones, assist in reports and presentations, and keep everything flowing
- Meeting management: Organize meetings, create minutes, and track tasks and agreements
Your Profile
- Qualification: A completed degree or commercial training with a real estate focus
- Digital mindset: Affinity for digitalization and motivation to integrate innovative solutions into everyday work
- Organizational talent: Keep track of complex projects and act solution-oriented
- Attention to detail: A high quality standard and an eye for details
- Strong communication skills: Professional, confident, and friendly in dealing with internal and external contacts
Marketing Management (m/w/d)
Your Profile
- Completed training or studies in graphic design, media design, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in creating marketing materials, ideally in the real estate or construction industry
- A keen eye for details, combined with a sense of trends and design aesthetics
- Expertise in social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and ideally web design
