• Prepare surfaces before painting.
• Prepare paints for application.
• Apply paint on different surfaces (walls, shutters, interior and exterior walls).
• Apply wallpaper.

• Prepare your work environment with the necessary tools to fabricate parts.
• Determine the operations for manufacturing welded assemblies and prepare materials.
• Cut raw materials to dimensions and shape them by folding.
• Manufacture metal structures from plans.

• Install illuminated signs and store signage on shop facades and windows.
• Apply vinyl film and decoration.
• Facade cladding.
• Master fixation tools and power tools for installation on any type of surface.
• Electrical wiring, connecting signs, and electrical connection.

• Develop or select the computer program for your tasks (intervene directly on the program if an anomaly is detected and modify it).
• Retrieve the piece for machine installation.
• Launch and monitor the manufacturing program.
• Quality control of parts using appropriate tools.
• Finish work by welding and grinding.
• Clean the workstation and follow the "5S" principles daily.

• Adjust the Coating/Placing Machine.
• Set rollers according to adjustment sheets and plans.
• Adjust the gluing system.
• Adjust the primer application system (Placing Machine).

• Assemble and mount pieces.
• Read plans.
• Perform quality checks.
• Feed machines.
• Use machine tools.

Work Hours: Normal working day, 39 hours per week.

• Package products in 25kg sacks or big bags.
• Take samples to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Perform follow-up, controls, and records.
• Ensure packaging machines are working properly and reload with sewing thread when needed.
• Store equipment after use.

• Set tools after measuring if needed.
• Set up jigs or equipment to hold pieces in place.
• Call the program.

Production Execution

• Feed the CNC machine.
• Quality control of products via sampling (quality, quantity, etc.).
• Enter required information into the production ERP system.

• Support customers throughout the online sales process.
• Assist in the creation/configuration of furniture.
• Conduct teleprospecting and prepare quotes.
• Follow up on commercial negotiations.
• Manage remote appointments with prospects.
• Handle customer satisfaction.

• Prepare, degrease, and strip parts to be welded.
• Choose the appropriate welding technique as indicated in technical documents.
• Adjust welding parameters.
• Clean, inspect, and polish welds.
• Perform rework or finishing operations.
• Operate drilling, tapping, and manage large series cutting tasks.
• Read plans.

• Divide perennial plants to obtain bare roots for repotting.
• Plant mother plants in open fields.
• Maintain mother plant parks (4.5ha): watering, pruning, manual and mechanized weeding.
• Harvest mother plants and divide them on tables.
• Repot mother plants and maintain them in trays.
• Record production quantities in software.

• Select and sort potted plants in various sizes (1L, 2L, 4L) ready for sale, following customer orders.
• Read order labels and select marketable plants from cultivation areas (outdoor plots or greenhouses).
• Assemble sale-ready plant trays according to sector manager instructions.
• Load trays onto carts.
• Communicate with the team and forklift driver to supply the shipping greenhouse on time.

• Distribute workload within the team.
• Manage the schedule and competencies of the team.
• Keep customer score tables updated and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Inform superiors about the service's operations.
• Manage recruitment, interviews, working hours, leave, delays, motivation, involvement, and remuneration.
• Ensure the sales administration team conducts commercial activities with clients and suppliers.

• Operate machinery to manufacture products.
• Perform quality checks and maintain records.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth line operations.
