Join Us as a Sales Manager – East Europe B2B Human Health Biosolution Probiotics

Role Overview
As our Sales Manager, you will focus on the Polish and East European markets, where opportunities for growth are accelerating. You’ll play a key role in boosting our broad portfolio of science-backed probiotic strains, solidifying Novonesis' position as a leading, trusted supplier in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Human Health & Nutrition strategy.
- Establish Novonesis as a trusted and flexible probiotic supplier in the marketplace.
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer projects using Salesforce and other request processes.
- Identify and build new business and partnership opportunities.
- Create and execute account strategies.
- Negotiate and drive commercial agreements.
- Ensure compliance with TM agreements.
- Provide timely updates and estimates.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments.
What We’re Looking For
- A scientific background and a master’s degree in Nutritional Science, Food Science, Pharmacy, or Biology.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dietary supplement and/or OTC market for probiotics.
- Proficiency in English and at least one East European language (Polish, Czech, Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, etc.).
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
- Experience with systems like SAP, Excel, and Salesforce.
- A self-motivated, positive attitude with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Current driver’s license.
- Residence in Poland or another East European country is preferred.
