About the Role:

As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for using targeted outbound initiatives to build a pipeline with high-quality leads. You will work together with an Enterprise Account Executive to strategize and outreach a Book of Business to find and match OpenUp to high-potential accounts with ambitious goals on mental well-being.

What you will be doing:

• Directly contribute to the company's mission, “mental well-being for all,” by reaching out to new prospects about the OpenUp platform.
• Strategize and execute targeted outbound initiatives on a fixed Book of Business with an Enterprise Account Executive.
• Support lead capturing and nurturing initiatives, such as events, tradeshows, online courses, etc.
• Convert potential interest into meetings.

This internship is a unique opportunity to work closely with an Enterprise Account Executive and learn everything about solution selling. It’s a 6-month internship, and upon successful completion, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as a Business Development Representative.
