Sector Manager & Country Leader 

• This is a key role for providing essential service to lead the Oil and Gas sales, direct sales strategy for sector in territory and delivery sales against agreed targets. Responsible for all sales related activities for Oil & Gas opportunities, develops and maintains relationships with users, engineering consultants, contractors, and channel partners.

• Reporting into the Head of Sales for Oil & Gas, you will lead the countries sales support functions including sales support, internal sales, application engineering and other related back office activities whilst working collaboratively with other end market functions.

• In this role you will be accountable for the profit and loss for the sector, support strategic and operational excellence across different channels, ensure accurate and transparent sales forecasting, manage and coach sector sales leaders, ensuring their readiness for sales actions and growth.

• This role is suited to an individual who is dynamic, charismatic and inspiring with a real passion for business growth. 

• Senior sales experience in manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge and understanding of sales techniques
• Experience of leading others
• Ideally have experience of working in the oil and gas sector
