 Compensation Specialist – Europe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted partner, working proactively and collaboratively with HR Country Heads.
  • Manage year-end compensation processes.
  • Coordinate and provide in-depth and ad-hoc analytical support/guidance to Business Partners and Leaders.
  • Conduct market data collection and analysis, including role matching, leveling, and survey data submission.
  • Act as the main point of contact for new hire offer package reviews and provide necessary advice.


Clinical Marketing Manager – Ultrasound | CEECA (Central-Eastern Europe & Central Asia)

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Segment the ultrasound market in CEECA, identify key target groups, and lead the development and execution of tailored clinical marketing strategies that drive brand awareness.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage events, congresses, and training sessions in collaboration with distributors and SHS country teams to engage customers and enhance brand awareness.
  • Lead and execute clinical marketing campaigns, awareness programs, and strategic projects to increase sales opportunities and bring prospects into the sales funnel.
  • Build, nurture, and integrate a strong Key Opinion Leader (KOL) community into the clinical marketing strategy, leveraging their expertise to amplify brand awareness and support product positioning.
  • Provide regular updates to distributors and SHS country teams about new products, clinical value propositions/USPs, and marketing tools to support sales activities.
  • Equip sales channels with the clinical insights and competitive tools required to drive commercial success.


Sales and Partner Manager – Indirect Countries in CEECA (Central-Eastern Europe & Central Asia)

General Requirements:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing business partners.
  • Evaluate current business partners and develop new partnerships in the company’s interest.
  • Identify and onboard new potential partners where appropriate.
  • Gain deep knowledge of the market, specific processes, and regulations.
  • Understand procurement and decision-making processes to develop a sales and service go-to-market strategy.
  • Agree on business objectives with partners and ensure mutual commitments are met.
  • Build relationships with local decision-makers (Key Opinion Leaders) in the target countries.
  • Language requirements include English and German (mandatory); Russian and local languages are highly appreciated.
