Your Tasks
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the region.
- Actively acquiring new business partners.
- Identifying market potential and utilizing the product portfolio for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Presenting products and providing consultancy on their application.
- Achieving sales targets and maintaining a positive company image.
- Organizing and participating in local events and product showcases.
- Regular client visits.
Requirements
- Valid Category B driver's license – you enjoy being on the move and working in the field.
- Communication skills – you easily establish contacts and build relationships.

2. Business Customer Service Specialist
Your Tasks
- Acquiring and building lasting relationships with Partner Salons and establishing cooperation with new trainers and influencers in line with the brand's development vision.
- Maintaining ongoing contact and servicing the needs of business clients, ensuring the highest standard of service.
- Verifying the implementation of contract terms, ensuring proper execution and reporting progress.
- Moderating messages and comments on social media platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with business clients – preferably in the beauty, wellness, sales, or marketing sectors.
- Excellent knowledge of customer communication tools and social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Proficiency in Excel, including report and analysis creation – your precision and analytical skills will be appreciated.
3. Chemical Technologist
Job Scope
- Developing and implementing technological processes in accordance with current standards and quality requirements.
- Creating and developing innovative product formulas tailored to market needs.
- Optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitoring technological processes and analyzing production parameters.
- Preparing technological documentation and ensuring its compliance with legal requirements and standards.
- Collaborating with the R&D department on modifying and improving products.

4. Chief Accountant
Job Scope
- Managing full accounting in accordance with Polish legal regulations.
- Preparing financial statements and tax declarations (VAT, CIT, PIT).
- Supervising accounting documentation and financial settlements.
- Financial analysis and cost control.
- Collaborating with external institutions (e.g., Tax Office, ZUS, GUS).
- Preparing financial reports for the management.
Requirements
- Certification from the Association of Accountants in Poland.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, including independently managing accounting.
- Knowledge of tax and accounting laws in Poland.
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel and financial data analysis skills.
