Job Description:
As a Scrum Master, your objective will be to coordinate high-performance teams using agile methodologies. You will be responsible for tracking key metrics to measure execution, detecting inefficiencies in team processes, reporting to senior management on product progress, and ensuring the punctuality and quality of deliverables.
We need someone like you to help us in different areas:
- Maintain a backlog in Jira according to the product owner's specifications, ensuring it is updated and aligned with the team.
- Identify and manage dependencies (internal and external) based on business requirements.
- Manage the deployment of issues.
- Generate metrics.
- Organize sprint ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain product governance, ensuring that both the product owner and the functional report, as well as the hierarchical report to the COO, are aware of the product's status, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate the gathering of requirements and product implementation globally.
- Collaborate with the product team to drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in transactional banking.
- Education: Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Administration.
