A day at MAX
As a restaurant associate, your tasks will be varied. You will serve our guests and ensure that the restaurant is clean and neat, work in the kitchen where you will prepare burgers, smoothies, and fry fries. You will also be responsible for the cash register, taking orders and ensuring that guests receive the correct items, all while working alongside your colleagues.
The job includes varying working hours during the day, evenings, nights, and weekends. Under the supervision of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you will learn the job step by step at the different stations and through our digital training. Almost all our managers started in this role!

How does the process work?
We have chosen to remove the CV and cover letter for our restaurant associate positions. Instead of submitting your CV and cover letter, you will answer a number of selection questions and take a Service Test. We ask you to answer the selection questions in detail.
After submitting your application, you will receive a test via email. This is a Service Test where you respond to how you would act in a situation that may occur in the daily work at MAX. Through the test, you will get a taste of what it’s like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After you have completed the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as possible. If you proceed in the process, you will be invited to an interview; if not, we will inform you via email. We review applications continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and we do not move forward with candidates who do not complete the Service Test.
