Join our team as a Working Student – Machine Learning (Audio) and support our Senior AI/ML Engineers in designing and evaluating cutting-edge Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) and Text-To-Speech (TTS) models. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in state-of-the-art machine learning technologies and contribute to the future of in-car infotainment systems.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Assist Senior AI/ML Engineers in designing, training, and evaluating ASR/TTS/Audio ML models and their software architecture.
- Collect, analyze, and structure datasets for training, validation, and testing advanced machine learning models.
- Contribute to next-generation automotive infotainment middleware by working with state-of-the-art technologies.
- Develop and test real-world user scenarios to enhance the future in-car experience for vehicles worldwide.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Active enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Initial hands-on experience with Speech Recognition, Speech Synthesis, and Audio Data Processing.
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Transformers, and Large Language Models.
- Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, validating, and evaluating ML models.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including Python, C/C++, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
