Job Description
As a GA4 Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing GA4 tracking and reporting across our digital products. Your work will empower teams with the insights they need to make strategic, data-driven decisions, improving user experience and driving business success. If you’re passionate about analytics and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact.
GA4 Optimization:
- Assess and refine GA4 setups across all products to align with best practices, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
- Design tailored measurement strategies to support analytics needs across departments.
- Work with marketing and development teams to develop and manage tagging specifications.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, conversion funnels, and website performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reviews with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and other teams to define essential metrics.
Developer Coordination & Dashboard Creation:
- Translate measurement requirements into developer tasks and review implementations.
- Design and maintain GA4 reports and dashboards in Looker Studio.
- Google Analytics 4 Expertise: Experience with GA4 setup, custom event tracking, user properties, and reporting.
- Google Tag Manager Proficiency: Extensive experience in GTM, custom event tracking, and troubleshooting.
- Data Analysis & Interpretation: Ability to provide actionable insights that improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Funnel & Attribution Analysis: Analyze user journeys and conversion funnels.
- Digital Marketing & E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, social media).
- Reporting & Data Visualization: Ability to create dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
- Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and a solution-focused mindset.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Self-Motivation & Adaptability: Independent project management skills and openness to learning.
