Do you already have some leadership experience in customer service and are looking to take the next step in your career? As a Junior Project Manager at Hey Contact Heroes, you’ll take responsibility for exciting customer service projects and actively contribute to implementing client requirements.
Your Responsibilities
What to expect:
- Independent Projects: Take ownership of your own projects, ensuring the successful implementation of customer service solutions for our clients.
- Client Management: Act as the account lead, ensuring that customer requirements are met and satisfaction is achieved.
- Flexibility: Work 100% remotely, ideal for those who value flexibility and self-organization.
- Comprehensive Onboarding: The first three weeks of onboarding will take place onsite in Hamburg, with a view of HafenCity and a supportive team by your side.
- Start Date: Begin your journey with us in January 2025.
