Job Type: 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Hours: 38.75 hours per week
Salary: Up to £34,400 per annum (DOE)
Benefits: 25% colleague discount, 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
About the Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Looking to continue your career with the UK’s largest Health and Wellness retailer?
As a Retail Store Manager at Holland & Barrett, you’ll lead by example, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while being an ambassador for our trusted brand. Your role will involve building and inspiring a high-performing team by recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating your colleagues.
Supported by your Regional Manager, you will:
- Deliver world-class customer service.
- Drive sales performance and achieve financial targets.
- Maintain stock accuracy and oversee promotional plans.
- Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
As part of your journey with us, you’ll complete our accredited “Qualified to Advise” and “Healthy Expert” training programmes (Level 2 and Level 3) to become a Health & Wellness specialist.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, we’d like you to bring:
- Previous retail management experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Analytical skills to monitor and interpret daily sales figures.
- Enthusiasm and passion for health and wellness products.
- Flexibility and agility to multi-task and achieve the best outcomes.
- A commitment to completing regular computer-based training to build your product knowledge.
