What You'll Be Doing:

  • Innovate tools and processes to increase efficiency.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Have a problem-solving mindset, creating solutions to improve customer experience and Kong’s performance.
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customers, utilizing customer engagement techniques.


Director of Professional Services - EMEA

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee services utilization and revenue targets while ensuring high customer experience standards.
  • Lead efforts to influence customer adoption and service consumption.
  • Foster a culture of mutual accountability between Professional Services and customers.
  • Collaborate with other EMEA teams (Sales, Support, Pre-Sales) to improve customer engagement.
  • Manage risk throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Develop team leaders and employees for growth and maturity.
  • Enhance capabilities and GTM Offerings to boost adoption and consumption.
  • Maintain strong relationships with the Kong delivery ecosystem (partners, contractors, GSIs).

  • Work with Product Management to implement and enhance features.
  • Propose and implement POCs and prototypes for networking software in Rust.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and feature designs.
  • Handle bug fixes, performance tuning, and optimizations.
