About the Role
Join a dynamic team as a Cashier Team Manager, where you will lead and manage a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
As a Manager, you will:
- Create and adjust schedules based on customer flow and sales trends.
- Manage leave replacements and optimize working hours in alignment with revenue goals.
- Oversee automatic checkout operations and maintain productivity dashboards (tracking hours and staff costs).
- Develop and implement procedures to ensure operational efficiency and organization within the cashiering department.
- Provide training and information to your team to address customer inquiries regarding promotions, loyalty programs, and more.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, emphasizing communication and teamwork.
- Handle recruitment and training for your sector.
