Produktionsmitarbeiter (3D-Druck) (m/w/divers)

Über die Stelle

Als Produktionsmitarbeiter:in übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:

• Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung der anfallenden Tätigkeiten im Additive Manufacturing Shop: Vorbereitung, Anlagenbedienung, Nacharbeit von 3D-gedruckten Bauteilen, Studierende und Auszubildende fachlich führen und anleiten
• Übernahme des Auftragsmanagements und -steuerung, der Materiallagerverwaltung sowie Steuerung der Betriebsmittelinstandhaltung
• CAD-Anpassungen und kleine Konstruktionstätigkeiten übernehmen
• Erster Ansprechpartner für fachliche Fragen im Zuständigkeitsbereich, Einhaltung der geltenden Arbeitsvorschriften sowie Unfallverhütungs-, Gefahrstoff- und Umweltbestimmungen überwachen
• Sonderaufgaben wahrnehmen, an Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs teilnehmen, Audits vor- und nachbereiten sowie bei Qualitätsbeanstandungen unterstützen

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
• Umfangreiches, interdisziplinäres, technisches Basiswissen
• Einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich additiver Fertigungsverfahren
• Gute Kenntnisse der luftfahrtrechtlichen Vorschriften wünschenswert
• Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kreativität und Innovationsgeist
• Fähigkeit, Studierende/Azubis anzuleiten und fachlich zu führen
• Gute Englischkenntnisse

Production Worker (3D Printing) (m/f/diverse)

About the job

As a Production Worker, you will take on the following tasks:

• Independent handling of tasks in the Additive Manufacturing Shop: preparation, machine operation, post-processing of 3D printed components, leading and guiding students and apprentices
• Take over order management and control, material warehouse management, and maintenance control of production equipment
• Perform CAD adjustments and small construction tasks
• Be the first point of contact for technical questions in your area of responsibility, monitor adherence to applicable work regulations, as well as accident prevention, hazardous materials, and environmental regulations
• Undertake special tasks, participate in projects for the development of the department, prepare and follow up on audits, and assist in quality complaints

Your profile:

• Completed technical vocational training
• Extensive, interdisciplinary technical knowledge
• Relevant experience in additive manufacturing processes
• Good knowledge of aviation regulations is desirable
• Strong customer orientation, creativity, and innovative spirit
• Ability to lead and guide students/apprentices
• Good English language skills
