About the Job

We have recently closed a financial transaction to merge with TIER. Together we create the European champion of shared micro-mobility, with revenues of €250m, supporting over 125M trips a year in more than 20 countries.


We’re looking for a City Manager to strengthen the operations of Dott in Paris and its neighboring cities. The City Manager will report to the Area Manager of the region and will work closely with our French teams. There will be a fleet of more than 10,000 vehicles and about 100 fixed-term employees under the leadership of the City Manager.


Details

Responsibilities:

  • Operations:

    • Own the operational KPIs for your city: fleet availability, rides per available vehicle, number of active users.
    • Track the KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Ensure that the fleet to be repaired will be back on the streets quickly to generate revenues.
    • Take full ownership of your region’s P&L. Use the available levers to balance growth and profitability.


    • Ensure the strategic positioning of your fleet through innovative projects and analysis.
    • Represent the company at local and regional events and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Team Management:

    • Ensure a safe work environment for your team and make sure that all procedures are followed.
    • Work closely with your direct reports while maintaining a close relationship with all your employees.
    • Organize performance reviews and monthly team meetings.
    • Spend time on the ground to understand the day-to-day issues your team might encounter.
    • Ensure your team is happy to come to work, which will be measured twice a year with the NPS.


Requirements

  • Fluent in English & French.
  • Entrepreneurship mentality. Empowered to make decisions and accountable for results.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills. Ensure projects are delivered on time and that the team shares the vision.
  • Be open, proactive, and maintain a positive attitude.
