Your Tasks:
- Managing and organizing the office daily operations
- Coordinating and planning appointments, meetings, and events in cooperation with departments
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (electronic mailboxes, phone, mail)
- Managing and ordering office supplies
- Supporting the management and team in administrative matters
- Maintaining and managing internal databases and filing systems
- Arranging travel bookings and handling travel expenses
Your Profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in office management or a similar position
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- High initiative and reliability
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team-oriented and flexible
