The Algorand Foundation is seeking a dynamic Web3 Campaign Manager to lead its marketing efforts and grow the global developer community within the Algorand blockchain ecosystem. The successful candidate will drive innovative marketing campaigns aimed at developers, fostering growth within the ecosystem while ensuring the delivery of high-impact engagement, education, and advocacy to the tech community. This role will closely collaborate with social, community, ecosystem, and devrel teams to foster growth across all key audiences.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop integrated Web3 marketing campaigns targeting ecosystem participants, including developers and end-users in the blockchain space.
- Work with the head of growth to manage, implement, track, and measure marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the work of internal and external agencies (designers, animators, printers) delivering campaign activity.
- Optimize the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- Maintain the brand identity within the Web3 space, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
- Report on campaign results, evaluating KPIs and web analysis.
- Stay current on trends in Web3 marketing.
Key Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience running large-scale marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of effective marketing strategies, A/B testing, and analytics (Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in traditional ad platforms (e.g., YouTube, X) and Web3 advertising.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven project management experience.
- Creativity and agility in adapting to new tools and methods.
- A marketing degree is welcomed but not required.
